Welcome! This blog is inended to share tips and strategies on  how to thrive during this decade of our lives. Our 20’s and 30’s are confusing and chaotic. While it’s fabulous to set our own curfew and drink as much wine as we want, a girl can only eat Ramen noodles for so long. We’re experiencing a whole new world away from home, balancing guys and full-time jobs, while also trying to find ourselves.

There are so many unanswered questions: How can we look effortlessly gorgeous without having the time to workout everyday? How are we supposed to eat healthy with a limited budget and virtually zero cooking skills? How do we maintain any form of routine on arduous work trips? And how can we navigate the dating scene without losing our minds (what the hell is Tinder anyway?)? 


These are common questions that aren’t answered in school. There is no “Real Life 101” that provides a roadmap for this hectic decade in our lives. Instead, we must take our steps into adulthood the same way we did when we were toddlers—confident, wobbly, and prepared to take a few tumbles.


I have experienced my share of issues during this crazy time and I am here to share what I have learned with you. As a columnist for Shape magazine, I have learned some killer secrets on getting a hot bod, eating for major beauty benefits, fortitude on the job and navigating the dating scene. I am excited to share my tools and expertise as well as my personal experiences- both exciting and tragic.
